James 2:15-17 – 15 Suppose a brother or a sister is without clothes and daily food. 16 If one of you says to them, “Go in peace; keep warm and well fed,” but does nothing about their physical needs, what good is it? 17 In the same way, faith by itself, if it is not accompanied by action, is dead. pk17a[1] The clip from the comic above comes from Amazing Fantasy #15 where we first get to see the one of the greatest comic book characters from Marvel, Spider-Man. What above spawned what have been shortened to the mantra, “With great power comes great responsibility.” Peter Parker, Spider-Man, was told this by Ben Parker, his uncle. He took those words for granted but soon after he have heard those very words he was faced with the true meaning of it. A thief who Peter had the power and the ability to stop was the man that killed his Uncle.
